Registration Policy

Enrollment in Inter Academy Crete is open to players aged 6 to 16. Registration is confirmed only upon completion of the application form and acceptance by the Academy.

The Academy reserves the right to
  • Evaluate each application individually
  • Assign players to the appropriate age group
  • Refuse or suspend registrations if required

Payment Policy

All fees must be paid according to the selected program — monthly or seasonal. Payments must be completed within the specified deadlines. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the registration. All fees are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by the Academy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email. The Academy reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund conditions
Before program start
A partial refund may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
After program start
No refunds will be issued.
In case of injury
The Academy may evaluate alternative solutions — this is not guaranteed.

Attendance & Commitment

Players are expected to attend training sessions regularly. Repeated absences without prior notice may affect participation and progression within the program.

  • Punctuality at all scheduled sessions
  • Full commitment to the program and teammates

Code of Conduct

All players, parents, and staff are required to respect the values of the Academy. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant who does not comply with these principles.

Expected from all participants
  • Respect for coaches, teammates and facilities
  • Fair play and correct behavior at all times
  • No aggressive, offensive or inappropriate conduct

Health & Safety

A valid medical certificate is mandatory for participation. The Academy ensures a safe training environment but is not responsible for injuries resulting from normal sports activity.

Parents and guardians are responsible for
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date medical information
  • Informing the Academy of any health condition or allergy

Liability

Participants are required to take care of personal equipment and Academy facilities.

Inter Academy Crete is not responsible for
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Damages caused by improper behavior

Privacy Policy

Personal data collected during registration will not be shared with third parties without consent and will be used exclusively for internal Academy purposes.

Data is used exclusively for
  • Academy operations and administration
  • Communication with families and guardians
  • Organizational and scheduling purposes

Changes to Policies

The Academy reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels in a timely manner.

By completing the registration, participants confirm that they have read and accepted all Academy Policies.
